Yes, I also think it's getting worse.
I turned mobile data off when at home coz using WiFi. And everytime I go out, I'll turn mobile data on which will usually connect immediately, but last week, I noticed there will be no data until after I on and off flight mode to reset. And I was reaching out to customer service for another issue, waited super long for a response. And when the CS finally responded, without even asking me what I need help with, he was immediately assuring me my line is ok blah blah and asked if my phone has 4G/5G/VoLTE and to do reset and all is good etc. Lol.. so my guess is they are overwhelmed with many complaints about their network 🤣

This tread Is pretty quiet compared to the hot ones like Eight, Zym, Simba etc, seemed like redone really not doing much to attract more customers.

Anyway, after being a loyal customer for a long time (my plan was the obsolete Amazing 8 which has the full local data package shared for usage in Malaysia), officially saying bye bye to them now 😜

Btw, if I'm not mistaken, redone is postdated in terms of payment? Meaning I'll get one more bill to pay for Dec plan charge?

Anyone got a $10 extra charge on their bill?

The only reason i can think of is for the plan upgrading from BEST10 to BEST10B, but from what i understand as long as i upgrade before 31 may the charge should be waived

They will still charge $10 first, then another waiver is suppose to come in a later bill, either Jul, or Aug.

seems some kind of partial refund of $9.17 was processed

My gf paid her $20.90 in full last weekend and got $9.17 credited back to her acc

I too lazy to pay my bill in a timely manner so my outstanding is $20.90 - $9.17 = $11.73

Not so sure if redONE will be the next MVNO to bite the dust, after geenet and Changi Mobile.

This thread is very quite and that is often not a good sign.

The following announcement is also strange.
https://redonemobile.com.sg/news/temporary-unavailability-of-transfer-of-ownership
Times are tough, many mvno have overlap of services. Cannibalism of each other services. Take the 3 singtel minions for example; Zym, Zero1, vivifi, almost all the same, fighting for the same pie of market that is super saturated with other mvnos from M1 and Starhub.

Recently, Redone along with Geenet and Changi Mobile have been very quiet. I don’t really hear as many people talking about RedONE. I guess their time will come soon.

I wouldn’t be surprised if ST MVNOs also consolidate. Like you said. All the same. What’s the USP? (Unique selling point) unless they do it like their MNO with priority service

From geenet thread: redONE now only has two plans: BEST10 and BEST20. The two plans also do not seem to be very competitive.
https://redonemobile.com.sg/

Now the next question is redONE survival ability, not sure if they are sustaining well here in SG.

they (RedONE) also suspended transfer of ownership, and their website only left 2 plans. The $10 plan totally unable to fight eight

The transfer of ownership part I am not sure if it means anything, MyRepublic also no longer process that, so I wonder if it is a starhub thing. But other signs are not good as well.
