My rig is in my Sig, how do we effectively reduce power consumption for the occasional time surfing web and youtube?

I've turned off XMP, anything else can I do?

you may try "power saving" mode in power management in control panel.

Just set everything to normal. You underclock means it takes longer to finish and end up you still waste more energy waiting for it to finish. Once it finish the cpu will go back to energy saving mode.

Set power management to power saver mode in advanced settings.

Lower monitor's brightness.

Make sure your bios settings using S3 to S5 suspend. Power settings there too, like fan speed.

Underclock or unvolt since no plans to play games or other heavy work.

Check if your GPU actually lowers its performance. E.g GPU clock around 800mhz instead of 1600+ mhz while doing light load stuff like watching videos. If not, check GPU settings.

Go into the bios and turn off anything you don't need example LAN and RGB lights also can reduce power consumption.
