As title, looking to reformat comp to reinstall windows. should i reformat ssd only and leave hdd untouched? will it affect speeds or performance in anyway?
ssd will do, assuming if the ssd contains the OSAs title, looking to reformat comp to reinstall windows. should i reformat ssd only and leave hdd untouched? will it affect speeds or performance in anyway?
Remember a quick format on SSD will do. SSD got limited writes unlike HDD. Unless you want to give your SSD to someone else.
Also just to note if you are intending to format your HDD do a full format and let it check for bad sectors. HDDs are more prone to that. Let it self-heal if necessary

What do u mean self heal?
If I do a full reformat will my dying HDD self heal?![]()
