Reformatting PC with OEM windows 7 disc

would really appreciate it if anyone can help me with reformatting my pc.
when i place my oem disc into the tray, it only gives me 2 option and none of which i tried lets me do a reformat... and i think i installed windows on both C and D drives.. 2 os installed?

is there a fix for that too? thx for the help!

click custom(advanced) to reinstall win7

after clicking custom, it brings me to the terms page and then the "where do you want to install windows"

U started it up in bios right?

then just follow instructions.. Choose install new copy.. Then it will bring u to the page of asking u where to install after loading setup files.. From there should have an advance option to let u format disk..
