Refund from Trip.com

Hi, anyone got any experience with cancellation and refund from them? I got free cancellation with them for my hotel booking and currently waiting for the refund . They emailed me to say refund was send to bank card but I still did not received the funds yet.

Ic.. cos trip told me is 10 working days . They gave me the tranx number yesterday to check with the bank .

10 working days = 14 days which is the fastest. Depend on how fast your bank works.

Since they give you tranx number you can try checking in 3 working days. Least our local bank quite fast. If Kanna India bang is gg can go up to a month.

does trip.com have dcc charges?
mastercard with agoda got dcc, which is a bummer
