Refurbished Dell laptops - any good?

Any one tried the reliability of refurbished Dell laptops?

Am on Low Budget looking at 1TB HDD.

Am ok with either Intel or AMD chip.

Preferably 14 inch

If it's refurbished by Dell and Dell is selling it, usually OK.

If it's "refurbished" by a SLS back lane shop, then it's a matter of luck
