Hi, I would like to know is it possible for me to bring my laptop charging cable to exchange for a new one? Will they have any reasons not changing it for me? Anyway I'm under applecare warranty.

And next, recently I faced some issues which seems to be graphic card problem. Will I be able to send it in for them to change the parts for me?

If the charging cable came with the laptop which you applied applecare, yes. For the graphic problem, call apple customer services first. They will advise you if you need to bring down, or it is some software side problem that you can resolve with their help

i have imac
what i do is call them report and have a case ID.
then for yr case, bring it down n let them do the job
but since i'm super paranoid person i will erase all the data in my computer before i bring it down, after i collect i will scan for virus etc or erase n reinstall again

as long as u r under applecare n yr screen etc is not damaged due to misuse, u shldnt have any issues with the warranty

u do not have to bring yr applecare box
did u register for the applecare? if u didnt then its a problem
u will need yr machine serial no# but its ok since u bringing it down. but i will lodge a case first with apple, talk to the senior technician, then bring it down?
