Regarding computer hang problem when surfing net.

Recently my computer keeps hanging. Whenever I am surfing the net, it hangs after some time, and it will not fix and go back to normal and I always have to force shut down.

During this period when my computer starts hanging, there is a pop up that keeps appearing, which I suspect may relate to my computer hang. I hope someone can help me with the hang, and tell me how I should fix the hang.

I cannot upload picture, so the pop up writes "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.".

Hope someone can help me.

Actually, i once too had that issue.. i googled online, fix that error. once its fixed, another similar error will pop up. i suggest a full clean installation of your windows.

for windows 10 try windows 1607. it is most stable. if that doesnt work, os isnt the issue
