hi guys, just wanna know if i'm being excused for outfield for my high key ICT ATEC, does my ICT still count? or will they make me go for make up ICT and basically i waste my 2 weeks for a ICT thats not counted?

is it a must to complete the outfield for the ICT to be counted?

As long as you attended 50% of the training. You considered as clear ict. My unit got 2 guys, basically didn't attend any training.. Tio fine 300 and void ict.. Worth it? I move out for atec, first man for battlelion. Navex the way at lim chu kang during 7th month.. Gei siao trip over a huge stone and fall out. But still give and take. Become rcu.. Rifle cleaning unit.

What I heard was, they don't even fall in to check strength, so basically got come in machiam never come in..

Unless you fall out halfway during atec mission. If not all excuse personnel and those who defer will be roped in for MUT

No wonder my other 2 kakis tio other unit do atec, heng I don't need to retake atec, I move out, 2 hours later fall out.. My unit did atec stage 2 during the guardsman death period... And heng ah, falling out wasn't that hard. After all, they don't want any more saf accidents. And best part is, we're almost 30 years old..

Just curious. What's a RCU - Rifle Cleaning Unit? Haven't heard the term before.

While those who chiong will rest in bunk

But i think some unit base ur participation on the mission. For example to count as Atec you must at least complete 1 mission but fall out

ICT count as long as you inpro for at least 1 day.
exceed 5 days then count as hi-key

as long u book in and report strength, they cannot say no count for ICT.

if they dun wan to let u clock as high key then out pro within 5 days.

it is not easy to void someone ICT just like that, especially if you tried to participate, i.e admin or rifle cleaning or stores.

usually those managed to void or kicked out within 1 week are those play disappearing games, or attitude problem or super siao on commanders monitoring the orbat, else atec so busy where got time go chase so many things.

dont think so, it should not be a problem

from my personal experience, got 1 time i missed outfield due to medical reason, but still clear ict.

for some units, many reservists are hq and support, no need to go outfield anyways.

as long as you get your attendance marked daily (if you stay out) , you have legit reason for skipping outfield/ or your role does not require you to go outfield, you should be good.

ATEC is a MUST DO in order to MR is it ah? means is it even possible to MR if i finish my 10 ICT but i missed my ATEC outfield due to temporary excuse?

Other than attendance, there’s a final grade for your ICT performance. If you’ve receive a unsatisfactory grade, it would be deemed as you’ve failed your ICT.
