anyway, you can fail your performance for the ICT, but they cannot state it as you didn't attend it. there is a big difference here.

so if you fail, they can and might send you for MUT but it doesn't void your ICT just like that.

wa looks like quite 50/50 hor. some say need go for make up training some say shld be ok. from what i know i think if miss outfield with legit reasons the ICT still counted. but the worrying thing is cos its ATEC. so i not sure will still count or not. or need to join other unit for 1 more ICT to do ATEC like what some had said.

ATEC is a MUST DO in order to MR is it ah? means is it even possible to MR if i finish my 10 ICT but i missed my ATEC outfield due to temporary excuse?

nope, to MR you just have to fulfill the ns requirements of # of cycles plus hi keys. Atec or not doesn't matter. I know of some people went through 2 cycles of atec still haven't MR.
