Regarding rig

Need some recommendations. got some opinion from my friend to go with this build. intending to do programming with this rig. is there anything i should improve on or should reduce?

Hi TS, it's more than sufficient.

Aa your RAM is > 4GB, must install 64-bit OS.
32-bit OS can only support up to 4GB RAM

Powercolor or HIS 7750 should be cheaper than Sapphire and comes with 3 years warranty.

Actually, you don't really need an after market CPU cooler if you don't intend to oc. But if you are interested to get one, Xigmatek Gaia @ $38 should do a pretty decent job for you.
