Say I am with starhub for 20 months on the cheaper data mobile phone plan like $38/mth, and plans to recontract on 21st month.

Will they give me discount when I go down to recontract to buy a new phone (Note 3)?
Or do I need to wait for them to send me the voucher?

Usually how much is the discount/voucher? And when will they send to me? Upon 21 mths or 24 mths?

Can I call in to request voucher?

No harm trying, must threaten to CSO that you want to terminate / port to M1 because Starhub still no nation wide 4G coverage.

21 month onwards can start to recontract. Sometimes they may send you a letter of promotion offers.

I certainly hope so. but either way I'm gonna port over to M1 because of the per second billing system, unless M1 decides to come up with something similar to StarHub too. then LLST.
