Does anyone here know what is the consequence if I managed to obtain a study loan from bank based on my annual salary (no guarantor), but choose to quit my job after that?

Will they make me pay back immediately or will they cancel my loan altogether?

Nope but you have to show that you're still continuing your study from the regular fees invoices that the school issued.
