i remembered topping up my card at the airport before I took the train to TMS.
also saw a convenience store at the foodcourt in the airport where you can top up.

Taipei, jiufen and keelung bus are same as sg, board infront and alight behind.

So far only try out bus to alishan, board and alight infront.

No matter which type, just tap in and tap out.
