Hi all, it's me again.
Today, I wish to enquire if anyone has knowledge of whether I have a case to secure a bursary and study loan if my family PCI exceeds the stated PCI. My dad is going to retire in 2 years and my elder sister is earning a gross income in the region of ten thousand. Personally, I don't take money from her and she will also not offer to cover my expenses. My only worry is that because of what she's earning alone, it will diminish my chance of securing a bursary and study loan. Anyone can advise given my situation? And yes, I'm already prepared to work PT too to supplement my parents who are still paying off the housing loan, though I'm not certain of the balance.
