Regards to M1 4G data usage

Hi people, I need some help or advices here.

Recently i ave recontract my M1 line and the 4G data given is 4GB. I have a multi sim service for my Ipad too. So in summarize both my phone and Ipad share the same 4GB.

I have use " My M1 apps" to view my data usage and was shock to see that is show" dated 17 oct -29 oct", the local data was already 4.086GB used. Just 13 days and used 4GB? On 25 oct remember it was about 3GB already, after 3 days become 4GB.

I normally only use to view facebook, instagram and some surfing in safari watch some youtube video which ws really minimal. When at home, I used WIFI all the time.

do anyone had any issue with this apps before? is it accurate? Does this apps count in Wifi as well?

I have also called M1 operator and they told me that the apps is very accurate. They also informed me that they are unable to check the data usage until the next bill was received which does not help at all.

Any kind soul can advice on this issue?

youtube and facebook is quite the data muncher .. esp if u go see ppl's facebook photo album. if u dont want ipad to consume data while in your bag or something just set to airplane mode while nt using

Hey guys. Just wanna know If m1 data usage is reset every first day of the month or did they calculate by the actual date i started using it?
The other thing is, The info on my phone and My M1 app shows different data usage. Which should I follow? Like on this date my phone Xperia SP showed ive used 2.67GB since the date i started using but the m1 app showed 3.619GB . I only get to use 4GB permonth. Help please? Thank you.
