Hi pc enthusiasts,
Recently completed my exams so have a bit of time to lurk the it forums for mice and it came to me that my computer, while it works, may have components that are bottlenecking each other and hence the title
Looking for advice and bang for buck improvements if any.
I'm currently shifting away from heavy gfx gaming such as COD/BF series into lighter ones such as CS:GO.
Mostly will be multi-tasking such as window-ed mode while playing CS and maybe having multiple tabs on chrome.
Setup is:
Windows 10
Seasonic S12 620W PSU (2012)
MSI H61MA-E35(2012)
Intel I5-2500(2012)
8GB Ram, Red colour Ripjaws - 4GB x 2 (1600) (2012)
MSI GTX960 2GB (2015)
Storage is: 500GB(2012), 1GB HDD(2013/2014) and 256GB SSD (2015)
Used to have a CPU cooler as well but the rubber melted over the years and i changed back to stock.
Tried to be very exact, hope it's not too mafan to sieve through as i thought the date of purchase will help in some way.
