No man.. It's just that I've been going to the gym regularly for the past 3+ years so I'll feel quite uneasy if I don't have access to a gym..

btw how did you get thru bmt? u get to go to the gym all the time?

Yes. we did get to go to the gym almost everyday during our admin time. Except for field camp of course.

cant comment on gym during your course, of which i highly doubt so

as for unit life, it'll again depends on your unit/camp. Most camps' gym open only on certain hrs and u'll have to sign in/out. Those with FCCs open on evenings as well. Some camps u can even OTOT sign out the gym's key for usage. As long u are not on duty, nobody will stop u from using the gym during yr admin time.

im not from RP haha.

but from what i see, as long one is in SAF, be it as trainee for whatever course or unit life in SAF units, weekly Liferuns / PTs is almost a sure have haha

well u can go since most camps for rp they hold the keys at night

for my camp i dont operate on 4 hours duty 2 hours break

mine camp has 6am-8pm or so with breaks in between for lunch and dinner

night shift has one person also 8pm or so -6am
