I passed my test today!! =) so if u all wanna... I strongly recommend my pdi. Mr Tan Cheng Kiat.. (cdc)... he is a very patient instructor.. And a very responsible one too... He knows that I am not very good at circuit.. so he will purposely try to book as many circuit slots for me as poss... To allow me to familiarize myself... Then he knows that my parallel parking is weak.. so he will try to make me improve on it by practicing more... In all... I took 27 lessons from him.. And passed on the first attempt.. =)

Usually 20 hours there about should be sufficient for the first try.

I called this Frankie up, this morning, but he was very rude. Asked him some questions and he replied in a very bad manner. When came to the question of what car he used to teach the learner, he didn't answer me, instead, with full of sarcasm on my question.

I will say a person who can't even answer the requests in a polite way won't be a good instructor in teaching the learner.

A very bad rep for him so I strongly urge you all please do not use him.

Hello everyone! I just passed on first try at SSDC!

Thought I would like to share my instructor info with you guys.
Since my friend and I passed on first try with him.

Manual driving.

Extremely nice guy.
Hardly ever scolds.
Although he would nag a little. But that's a good thing. Because when I was doing my TP, it was as if he was there giving me instructions.

His work schedule: Day time only
No admission fee. $28/hr

Other stuff: No pick ups/fetching
I did notice he teaches at AMK. But not sure with that.
Very seasoned PDI. Knows every single tip in circuit to make sure you pass.

Only reasons you might fail: You chu pattern, or take advice that are not from him.

If he ask who recommend, Just say from an NSF called Wong.
