Thirdly, pls compare sch rate with pte rate. For most learner, it is not logical to pay a higher rate to learn from pdi. Pls note that pte learner also have to pay extra(~$40) to practise in the circuit for 1 hour only. In this case, you might as well learn from school where you can practice more in circuit for all lesson without paying extra.
I took 4 to 6 circuit lessons only. Total around 10 lessons. Paid around $2k for all. Took about a year including all the waiting. Can't imagine how much I would have spent if I have gone with the school. Probably would have taken much longer too.

What's the point of paying to practice when one is good to go? Just a waste of time and money.

This is the biggest misconception... Pte learner normally waits for months and most are like meat on chopping board... kena chopped by pdi. For most learners, 10 lessons are likely to be insufficient and highly likely they will fail on 1st attempt based on statistic from traffic police...

A pte learner who passed with less than 10 lessons and on 1st attempt is far more likely to share and report this "achievement" online compared to the silent pte learner majority who fail and took many lessons. These silent pte learner majority are far less likely to share their "failure" online. Do take note of this inherent reporting bias. Just by looking at the statistic from traffic police and you will know that it is completely normal for most pte learner to fail on the 1st attempt...

On the other hand, school might be slightly more expensive at 2.2K - 2.5K and can be done in 2 - 3 months because school learner can find earlier simulator and tp slot easily... For now with the current inflated market hourly rate of pdi, sch should be the better option for most learners especially manual car learner due to higher passing rate and earlier date.

Mr Lim. Teach auto at CDC (Ubi) using toyota vios. He trained me and is good. Hard to find a reliable one, i know.
$57 (1.5 hours).

Test rental of his vehicle is $400+. Just so you know the rates.

There are cheaper PDIs around. But, you pay for what you get.

PM me if you want contact as i am not sure if he wants his contact to be public on the internet.
Hi can pm me his contact? Im unable to pm u thanks
