This is very true, Im one of the students. I have spent so much monies learning under him almost to 2k. Always learn on the road and turn and turn. Only learnt circuit twice before my TP test. Of course I failed again for the 2nd time. When I told him that I failed because of circuit. He said he student all passed even take 1 circuit or 2 circuit. So disappointed with him. End up now, I quitted from attending his lesson. Yesterday, I registered under BBDC. In BBDC, you can learn as much circuit you can. Good luck to me for the next test.

Even in 2015 he still do the same ... Should have saw this post first ...

Just don't get David Tay Tiang Chong

I think i kana this Mr Tay dude on my first 2 lesson, he 1 big ******, take me to main road drive u turn 5 to 10 times. ******, i shoot him on the spot, pay u so much u give me learn u turn for 30 mins ???? ******** one, i go complain then change to a better instructor.

Lucky i fierce with him, uncle so what ? take ppl money jolly well teaach properly if not i will complain till he out of job.

Hi all, is it legit that my pdi collects another $48 he said it after he help me booked my tp. He said its for the road tax/cost or smth..

Edit: Oops jus clarified with him $32 is circuit and $16 is some road cost??

u book the TP through online account urself or through him ?

if u did not log in to any online account to book, then yep he is right to charge u $16 more, that $16 is the admin fee for the driving centres (means u use his account to book and pay through him)

if u have an online account and already deposited $16 there, then he is cheating u

circuit is 32 yes correct...He book thru ur acc is 26 buck for TP test leh... whr got 16 dollar come from lol. your money nice to eat lah.

200 is the TP test. He say 100 goes to TP and 100 goes to him.

Warm up I guess is 1.5hrs? So $30 * 1.5 = $45. Add $27/$32 circuit.
I booked TP using my own credit though.
