What are some of the more reliable shops in SLS? I plan to build a system soon and plan to go there to buy parts. Currently looking at PCThemes as their pricing is somewhat good and Tradepac but their pricing most got 'OFFER' inside leh.

Reliability is dependent on what u are seeking. If u talking about customer service, pcthemes is fine as they will give advice on your purchase. But price wise they might not be the best.

Tradepac is cheaper but not so good at customer service. Also, if u don't buy your full rig from them, the mobo+cpu is different price.

It depends on what u want for your rig. The current good offers is to look towards online merchants (lazada, qoo, amazon) as alternatives too.

Yeah thought so after looking at reviews. Do I have to walk in to get some of the prices as PCThemes do not have monitor prices included in their price list in HWZ and Tradepac has most of the prices changed to 'OFFER'.

have u got your budget and the expectations of your rig yet? dun just blindly walk into the shop and ask for this n that. not all deals are in sls; tbh, i personally only bought mobo+cpu+ram @ sls. the rest of the parts is via lazada.

there's a sticky on pc building in this forum. post your budget/expectations and let the experts advise u.

I have researched for my pc for the past 4 months now. Should be okay for me. What is your experience on buying things from lazada?

well things change with time la. perhaps u could have gotten a better gpu now but who knows. if u insist i won't force u la.

lazada is quite alright. now there's a 10% sale off certain electronics and the shipping is free. they use ninjavan to deliver. so far, i dun have any complaints about lazada. go take a look if u want to.

Fuwell shop to me is very good to go in look look see see but not good to buy. Parts there is more expensive compare to other shops.

But the shop is the most spacious and item very neatly arranged as well so always prefer to go there see see look look only. But when buying will always prefer PC Themes or the famous **** tradepac shop.

so as to earn more..
99% not honest
1% is sadly pc theme.

I would recommend Infinity Computer. In my experience, good prices and honest people. Ask for the boss, Wenxie, who did an excellent job setting up my PC.
