I suggest u drop that shop and go for more well-know shop like PCtheme or fuwell, just to state some shop.

In terms of service you cant expect much from Bizgram.. their ground staff knows little about their products, those who are knowledgeable are the senior people who seem to be ALWAYS busy with something behind their counters.. so the atmosphere is quite off putting. BUT having said that, it's possible to negotiate the price, for e.g. i got my HAF X from there with a bit of discount.

Prices still vary in SLS, no one shop sells everything cheapest or most expensive.

my preferred shop - Cybermind followed by PCThemes...
