Remote Control for Creative Katana Speaker Spoilt! Need help!

Anyone knows where to buy a replacement remote control? My remote control "-" button is jammed and i can't seem to press anything else as it is always in the "-" button. Tried finding online but to no avail. Hoping someone has a solution to my remote control problem!

just emailed them already but was hoping if anyway one knows a quick fix around this cause i don't really expect them to ship me a remote control. Would be nice if they can do it but i wouldn't bet on it. Maybe if there was some other remote control that can work with this speaker too can be good too.

Quality CMI my remote and LED lights all got problem liao and it's less than 1 year. No time to bring down need to take leave. CCB will not buy their stuff again.

Creative products are not made to last, you have to order a replacement
remote.

What handphone are you using? Got one with IR blaster? Can use as IR remote replacement.

What about buying a Broadlink RM Pro or maybe a Samsung SmartThinQ hub and just use it along with your phone as an IR remote?

I basically keep all my remotes now since I have those. But I can understand how the remote would be much more convenient to adjust the volume. I recommend you call their customer support and see if its under warranty and therefore you can get an exchange.
