repair for old phone

i got a few question. my old sony erission phone w707 had it direction pad spoilt.

anyone know if they are still able to repair the phone and how much roughly would the repair cost be since it is out of warranty.

Try those repair shops with those workstations, they do repair old phones if they have the parts on hand

Or just do it yourself with parts bought from eBay and a downloaded (if available) service manual.
