I took my old Samsung S3 with fully shattered cracked screen to the official service center at Dhoby Ghaut to repair. Cost me $200 for labor and parts.

I think boon lay shopping centre got a repair shop. Their price quite cheap it's just broken glass but lcd working. Got my s5 fixed for only $35. I don't remember the shop name but got advertise on fb one.

Try iRepair at Prinsep Street... they're good and pretty reasonable in price. They do the repair in front of you.
