repair or build a new decktop

Hi I got a basic desktop from Acer for abt 3 years or more running on win7 storage abt 100++ gbs. recently the system show corrupted and blue screen crash dump. Got any shop which can diagnosis and advise repair or build a new one just for watching movie...
