Repair Service slow?

I took my Note 10.1 to mobile 8 at JE for sim card slot repair on last sunday. I was told that my slot pin were all broken so they sent to samsung for repair. I keep chasing Mobile8 but they said samsung haven't return to them and they will call me when its ready but It's been almost one week and I haven't even received a call. I'm going overseas soon and i need to bring it with me. I'm afraid I can't wait for too long. Anyone experienced something similar? What should I do now T_T

So far my experience with service centres (at least 3 different ones) are about 7 to 10 working days. But that is I send directly to them.
For your case you send to a 3rd party, it may take a little longer because 3rd party shops normally don't send the hardware immediately after they receive them. They sometimes will accumulate a few before sending, hence causing additional time.
And when the service centre fixed the hardware, the 3rd party shop will also not go down immediately to collect them; causing further delay.
Maybe you can ask the shop for the job number from the service centre and call them directly to check the status of your Note 10.1.
