Replace 1156 mobo, or upgrade haswell?

Need some advice.
I have a i3 540 which clocks 4.5ghz stock. However the motherboard has just died. Should I just buy a replacement board for it(new itx 1156 cost abt 90), or should I upgrade to haswell? I usually just play Dota 2

no need to upgrade since now still serving you well, doesn't justify the purchase.

just get the mobo!

Stock cooler now. Used to be antec 620.
