My M1 broadband (1Gbps) using asus router (old model):

download speed is much slower than my 5G but upload speed is faster x2.

I also think so. Mvno likely got capped de. Looking at the 1tb plan. Only m1 have. Even maxx 750gb plan also gone liao.

decided to go back to Zero1 plan for my home. just sign up for their $7.07 plan (200G 4G). will upgrade to 5G plan if find it not suitable later.

I using vivifi 5G with Deco router. So far so good. Streaming video is smooth, no lag. But maybe that's because I am the only person using it.

Just signed up M1 maxx $10 plan and they sneakily remove the 5G and update FAQ 5G only for $12 plans and above FML. Sim card haven arrive yet.

No 5g network in cck and bukit panjang area at all, while in Orchard area straight away got 5g network liao... Eight damn chui

If don't mind older model, Asus routers can be a better option. Get a 4G USB stick for the SIM card, then connect to the usb you get 2.4 and 5g wireless, and 1g lan ports. The cheaper tiong routers mostly 100mb only.
