Replace MB or get new PC

HI,
My PC refused to boot up now, can't even see BIOS screen. Took out RAM, HD, GPU but seems the same. Any tips to fixed this?

Now either i try my luck to change MB on my own which is the cheapest option. or buy new PC. Thinking of getting a smaller casing, mini itx or micro ATX due to space constraint.

Any advise if below parts can be reused and recommendation for new small casing?

Current specs. MSI Z77MA-G45 ( Micro ATX )
Processor Intel Core i5-3450 Ivy Bridge Mainboard
MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti
1 kingston ssdnow v+200 240gb
2 X 4gb RAM DDR3 (Corsair. C9 i think)
1 3TB WD HD
Aego M 2.1
Seasonic S12 520 Watts

what is your usage? if you are just using it for light gaming, surfing the web and watching video, i dun see the point of buying a new pc.
