3-4 only. The guy say alot :s22:

i see max is 6 pins if count some that not straight

Hahaha should be no problem they will fix for u and I lost my receipt some more.....same thing what he said to me....I did bring along $50 they never ask to pay :s13:...

haha he never ask me for payment tho.

after they fix liao issue still there they will replace it for me ah?

they test the board before return it to the customer to confirm no other issue......they told me even tho they fixed the bend pin mine totally cannot work ....finally they replace me same model but refurbished one coz there is no new one for Z97 board

For ur case they already 1 to 1 exchange the board.not sure if they pass u ur old board but confirm tested and workin refurbished or new board.just continue to enjoy the warranty of ur old serial number mobo if got issue

u should have tried using something to bent it back... its a lot faster.

this youtube stepped on his socket and manage to revive it :s22:

throw away and buy new 1 or bend back or ask if the Service center can RMA + Repair at a fee



you can't replace a socket. you need skill and special equipment to do that

i planning to sell it after rma i going m-atx :s22:


easy to find out is to check whether ur serial number same as the box of the mobo serial number.if the same means old existing one if not then refurbished......they issue u a receipt serial number wriiten inside it

he never take my box.

shall see haha can't wait 4-6 weeks now poly holiday, gonna get another mobo

That's not a lot. I dropped a CPU cooler on my MSI Z97-GD65 socket and flattened several rows. Still managed to straighten them up nicely.

The board works fine except for the USB ports but that's due to another problem and not the CPU socket.

i never ask them about my mobo that they 1 to 1 exchanged to refurbished one as long it is FREE no need to pay $50 good enough liao :s13: and i still have warranty covered......i dont want to be fussy coz it is my mistake too
