thinking of replacing my two storage drives

they are from 2009... so I suppose they are still on SATA2?
WD Black 640GB 7200RPM
WD Green 1TB 5400RPM (on Windows 8.1 Pro, there is some lag while waiting for the drive to spin up to access the drives)

I'm using my SSD as my OS drive.
WD Black is currently my Steam/Origin games drive
WD Green as storage

Should I get
WD Red/Blue/Black?
or a Seagate Hybrid?
