From what i see, civicguy's posts are not directed to anyone in particular. Its an entirely grey area in a thread where there are so many distinct posters with favors on either camp.

By not providing any valid reasons, its a test for the moderating team simply by reporting wholesale and should they take action on any, you will proceed to mass report users with similar posts after a precedence is set.
