You will need your 11B.

For some instances, NRIC can't be used.

When you in-pro, bring the police report declaring your NRIC is lost. If your passport is valid, should be ok, but no guarantees your unit will accept.

If possible, inform your unit before the in-pro date.

Driving license can be used for some things, but you will need 11B for others.

If your 11B is also lost, your unit can provide a temporary SAF ID, but you will have to pay for a new 11B.

Be it lost of NRIC or 11B, a police report needs to be filed.

As an NSmen, you should be having these two cards nevertheless.

I have seen cases where NSmen got stuck at in-pro counters or even at the guardroom because they do not have the valid documents. For passport, is best not to as it not meant to serve this purpose and the procedure if your passport is lost will definitely be more difficult or troublesome to be replaced.

Conclusion, do obtain a replacement of 11B for your reservist and contact your unit S1 first.
