as I am an involved party, the story/comments in the thread itself is one-sided judgements and it is affecting company operations n reputation.
It is a very misleading post as this is an isolated case whereby the debtor was hard to deal with, not that the company ran away with her administration fee. Other posts do reflect the company's true sincerity, whereas the OP have been continuously harping on the "lack of updates" since then.
The OP have also not accurately portray the terms to which she agreed to, specifically that she would receive updates when there is progress. She expected that the debtor will pay up immediately.
The main gist of the posting is also false as only administration fee have been collected. The payment for debt collection is only asked for when the debt have been successfully dealt with.
This post have infringed the HWZ Terms of Service of Clause 6,*
"You may not submit, upload or publish through the Site or the Services any User Content that is inaccurate, misleading, libellous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, obscene, indecent, lewd, abusive, illegal, political, racist, religious, blasphemous, false, an infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party, or would otherwise violate or encourage the violation of any law (including the Official Secrets Act (Cap.213)) or the proprietary or other rights of any third party (individually and collectively “Improper Works”)."
On the basis that it is defamatory, inaccurate, misleading and false, I sincerely hope that you would remove this as soon as possible.
