Hey guys, I could use some help regarding my rig and choosing the parts. Also, some help regarding whether to buy it from would be great too!

Hello. If not having the ability to overclock would reduce the cost of the parts to keep my rig under the budget yet still maintain the ability to play the games for the upcoming 2 years on high quality I would gladly do without it. Thank you for quick reply.

Also, cheaper is better.
