Require Suggestions for Gaming Parts

Hi all, I recently decided to try customising my CPU by sourcing for various parts for myself. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions of the various parts I should get. My budget is around $2000 - $3000. I usually just use my com for gaming purposes. So preferably looking some specs that can support latest games at high graphics ^^

G.skill 2x4gb 1600mhz rams (u no need 16gb)

WD 1TB blue hdd as secondary hdd

Superflower HX600w or leadex gold 650w psu.
