Totally understand where you're coming from. But I'm extremely busy at the moment so just being slightly lazy here and thought the information might be useful for others here. Clearly that comment was meant as a joke in some ways and I would like to share this information with everyone.

Anyway, 1. I don't have any skills future (i'm too young) 3. I'll likely be working in a sector you mentioned so my dream of being agent may not be realised..

(1) Take RES Course. Use skills future to subside the cost. Use NTUC to subside the exam fees. Pass the exam. Find an agency that suits you. In that agency, find a team leader whom can guide you. Buy an account in propertyguru and 99.co. Cold call and try to get your first deal. Slowly you will build up a reputation and a clientele who refers new customers to you. In the meantime do a good job and do social marketing, door knocks, wait in showrooms for new contacts etc.

i dont think u can.. they give u a timeframe to pass all ur papers, if fail must retake within 1 yr if im not wrong.. otherwise u need to retake the course all over again once u passed the timeframe..

Just booked the Oct exams.
I took my course at Hastor around Jun this year, are there other recommended revisions which I can check out.
