Any idea if Hastor and Benchmark's res course is good?lowest price at $650.
Pioneer needs a buddy to enjoy $650,is it good and anybody keen for Nov/Dec course in time for feb exam?

Highly recommend Real Centre Network (RCN). My partner, our team and I all attended and graduated from there.

By the way, is it a must to join a real estate agent to join one of the real estate companies like Huttons,Propnex or ERA, out can they be independent agents or setup their own shell company? What are the advantages of joining these established companies?

Hi all,am taking the res exam in Feb 20 as well,bought celest books and yes the reality of the toughness come in....jus wondering if a few of the answers to celest questions could possibly/might possibly be wrong haha,human error or printing mistake?

I heard her questions not close to exams.

Secondly I also heard people practice the online or whatever the questions to be familiar with the knowledge to pass.

No model exams close enough to exams.

I assume you are referring to per annum? Even per mth is also achievable.... my team highest record earning per mth can cross $250k.. and we have few millionaires achievers as well ( whole year)

Most are barely making anything that's the truth.
Take the average earnings of each property agent and compare to average of office workers and they will probably have same earnings.

It's like saying youtubers can make millions a year which some do. But majority are not making anything.

yes of cos.. i'm not saying ALL agents make tonnes of money.. i'm just replying to livingcharsiew that even $48,000 per mth is achievable … its not impossible.. but how hard you want to work for it, only you can determine.. cant be sitting at home doing nothing and expect to make $48k per mth rite??

I think celest books are good. But many repeating questions I feel? Yes, some questions seems dubious. I actually came cross this online site call reslearning.com and it has quite good questions. You can try it.
