I think if reserve cannot make money, all new launches sold above 2.5k psf also cannot make money

If you walk at a very casual pace from the showroom til you reach the gantry, it will take about 10min...
So don't let the sales folks tell you it's "2-3 mins to the MRT"...
Add the time to take a lift from your unit to the level 4 and join the queue for the lift down to the basement underground...

It all depends on how much do you expect..
And I don't know if it's a good thing if everything in SG will cost 3000 psf and up...

Take your typical tall HDB with more than 30 floors, they have lifts to mid levels, and high levels. Some levels have 8-10 units.
So is this expensive condo an improvement on your current lifestyle?
Of course if it's for investment, you may not care, but the person renting may... food for thought..

i think we shouldnt look at it this way.

it doesnt mean 900 pax are interested in 1br.

we should just note total how many cheques were collected, thats all.

it's a good area, but at 2700psf i think way too ex. And it's facing PIE and the busy junctions around there. One can buy an older freehold condo nearby for cheaper. e.g. blossomvale.

Just left the showflat. Carpark quite full, inside have quite a bit of people.

Showflat is very grand with sitting places avail.

1br 441sqft starts from 1.11m
Total only 100 x 1br avail

The 1br have this sliding door which can cover either the master room or toilet. Sort of shield your privacy when you have guests coming over.

The freebie is nothing much, just a wooden coaster.

This place will sell like hot cakes, Far East know how to sell their product, gotta give them that.
