Reservist pay?

10 days i in reservist..may i know how do army or company hr pay me?..some say they wil pay half..1 more thing i expect them to pay full 10 days when i in reservist..once again i hear sat sun or my work off day,they might not pay either..but i work shift not office hr..its nt fair

1st of all, does your company hr submit make up pay claim to mindef?
go and ask your company and find out la

cuz got two ways.
1st option, company submit liao and mindef pay directly to you for those days that you miss
or
2nd option, company submit liao and claim from mindef, then your company still pay your monthly salary accordingly on payday

comments to your queries -
1. off days will not be paid (by both and either company or mindef);
2. shift basis from the loss of income should be filed, either by company or yourself.

one way to find out is you can try filing MUP by yourself via NS portal. Mindef will review your MUP application and cross-check with if your company has filed any MUP on your behalf and will process or reject accordingly.

uhmm I work shift also... but they pay me full days

few months average

there is a formula on mindef for shift and paid OT... somewhere
