My take on this:

The gahment is probably pissed at the lost rental opportunity.

Solution:
Carve out individual areas with yellow marking.
Each resident is entitled to one area subject to successful bidding. Minimum bid $500.

Monthly rental at $200. Successful GIRO applications are entitled to 2% rebate.

No pay money.. everything in cecapore required you to pay..

You HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR COMMUNITY GARDEN PLOT.
They are all free riders.

I tell u all, very soon, u will see a tender out for a roof top farm. if not why 17yrs later Bo Tai Bo ji ask all the residents to **** off?

the top level all along no car park one. been quite well know all along.

money money money, itz so funny

sadly, this is the hard truth... the current gov is "no pay $$ no talk"

My estate opened up two community garden plots nearby..guess what all need to pay $$ one...
that what we call "try to milk the cow" when ppl are just doing for leisure...

I would say my surrounding not bad, no regret staying, or buying pigeon hole here, got those mini kampong practice, cos most block do have ground floor unit, so they occupy quite big or entire surrounding area outsides their flat, due to quite wulu place, so its ok.
I saw one uncle put his barang barang, he seems to love repairing old electrical stuff, staying on ground level, but he keep his place tidy, no barang outside, when he finish using outside area
We are also facing Mindef "mountain" or hill, so along "山下" nearer to MRT walkway, got ppl growing plenty of plant and even tree, it's ok, cos those on grass area.

As we climb up those "mindef" slope, there are even more plant or tree, planted naturally on the grassy land or slope, so no problem also.
very typical kampong mini farm feel, where i used to live when small.

Note: for those ppl who want to explore above the hill, inside got water area..linked to hillview, they have build a fence, blocking it..doing some work inside.
better not go inside, not so safe

2021: you are to remove all your plants from the roof garden! That’s not the correct place nor do you have any authorisation to do that!

2022+: open tender for roof garden , urban farming to make singapore a green and sustainable city of the future

We have a greedy croonies.
Every thing they promote have a hidden profit agenda for them.
Being hawkers are not for you but for them to collect rental every month.

Never pay tax or rental , so must remove

Ya of course lah....it's all about money.
Found my area that someone also using one plot of land at void deck , about 1 bedroom size , to do the gardening. The funniest thing is the owner pasted a note on the wall and handwritten " do not remove pot , GOD is watching U" 😜

just move those potted plants elsewhere laa since they can't bring it home nor plant it there
thot gov encouraged ppl to go green, create green rooftops etc etc

no amicable solution mehh
They will announce SG go green 2022 by planting plants or set up farms on top of multistorey carpark within 5 years

Of cos using taxpayer $$ whack gao gao into the project
