Sealed and signed boxes containing the cast ballot papers are brought in.

Placed on tables arranged according to the clusters.

Inspection is carried out at all times to make sure signed seals are intact.

Then under inspection, boxes are opened, all papers poured out onto the tables.

Then civil servants instructed to jumble the papers up a bit like play mahjong then quickly randomly pick 100 pieces and sort them. Then provide the result.

Reminder all these are under inspection and observation of every stakeholder.

Once the 100 pieces are done, everyone will continue counting the rest, sort the parties and count and tie up stack of 100 100 100 100.

Those contested tickets with weird marks on them will be set aside and “debated” later, the main official will make final decision on which party the vote belongs to.

I have seen all sorts of markings on the votes. Such as people writing “fk u pap die!!!” and the official decided it’s a vote FOR the pap.

I have seen people drawing turtle, a beautiful house with sun and sea. I have even seen one small little dot ink, like the full stop you see on the screen right now.

Most of these votes go to the pap. As long as can justify - such as the ink and markings are nearer to the pap side. The fk u etc written nearer to pap side. These are all justified to be pap vote.

I have also seen those one big big cross across the entire paper, is also justified to be a pap vote because the centre of the cross happen to be in pap box.

All these accounts are eyewitnessed by myself. I am not alleging cheating or anything but just saying those votes can be possibly justified to be pap votes as what I had saw.

Then once each table is done, need to report result officially and the main eld official will record and verify the result officially.

The papers in at this point are all tied up and placed on table neatly for all to inspect and verify and double confirm results.

Once main official is satisfied everything is accurate, he will instruct all to put the counted stacks back into box.

Sealing is then done and then signatures are signed on the seal.

Then everyone can inspect the seal and signature.

Following this, all boxes are transported to be locked up in court.

Same can inspect this process and transportation too.

Then some months later, all of these sealed and signed boxes are brought out to burn.

Very detailed! Largely this is correct.

Note that for any contested votes (because of ppl writing rubbish on their poll paper), the decision as to whether where it goes is made in the KNOWN presence of any witness who wishes to observe it.

The reality is, the entire counting process can be witnessed by any appointed member from either PAP or the opposition party. Please lah, if you want to claim there is a chance for government to know who you vote for, why don't you sign up with either parties and come witness the process yourself.

At this time and age, people who still continue to spout this narrative that the government knows who you voted for are doing it egregiously to try and fearmonger people.
