restoring back ups from icloud on iphone

i noticed they don't have an option to upload your vids, music and apps but i think the app data can be uploaded. so when you restore from an icloud backup you only get your apps data, sms, phone history and pictures right?

If you want your music, vids, apps back still need to sync with the pc right?

There's a backup option in iCloud. Do check it out in advanced settings.
