Hi! can anyone help on this issue? I'm using Mac OS X version 10.6.8 Appreciate your help!

I wanted to protect certain part of my document but just failed. I've done the google search, youtube search but still unable to work. Kindly advice me if anyone of you encounter the same problem and got it solved!

"Your computer isn't set up to use restricted permissions."

Open a rights protected document or email message from someone within your organization to set it up.
