Hi all, my results is not that decent. Getting ADD/D GP:U PW:B... this results would get me nowhere. Now I'm still considering whether or not to retake my A lvls since I'm currently serving the nation. But, I am lacking the confidence in getting a decent results which allows me to get into NUS/NTU.

Also, can i just retake my GP but not 3 H2?

Need lots of help from you guys here! Thxs!

GP and your H2s must be taken at the same sitting. Furthermore, I think even if you can just retake your GP, it won't make much of a difference. Your H2 will still have 2 Ds. You should try and retake. You won't lose anything if you retake during NS. Its possible to do well if you retake during NS.

retake h2 means i have to take the practical tests again isit?

SPA results are valid for one year. Meaning, if you take the A levels this year, did badly, you can retake next year WITHOUT doing SPA. But, if you do badly again next year, you cannot use the SPA results again for next next year.

Hi well not to show off or anything but there isn't much to lose by retaking it.. I retook my 'A' levels after I completed my NS and did the practicals with the other private candidates. It isn't that bad actually, although I no longer remember the exact details.

First time aab/aab(aa) and second time abb/aab(aa). Well although it was worst then the first, I believe if you study harder you can make it. The bracketed refer to H1 Chinese and PW which need not be retaken again.

Moreover, it makes a good show of your determination should you decide to appeal. Can't say more as its really private but I hope you make the right choice. While it didn't seem to be the right one then, it eventually worked out now.
