Retractable Awning -recommendations

Am planning to install a retractable awning at the terrace... not sure if there are any good recommended installer. any recommendations and the expected cost? Am planning for the manual version - is it easy to operate?

I had a retractable awning installed at my Exec Maisonette balcony by Ace Awnings in Dec 2023. Motorised with wall switch. Did an enquiry through their website contact form, almost immediate response through whatsapp - the dude came down to inspect site very quickly with swatches of cloth for me to choose, very responsive. I had an existing awning (which was spoiled - not sure the brand, I got it during reno through my contractor 7 years ago) so they installed using existing brackets, think it cost around $2k. 1 year warranty. Had a good experience with the company generally.
