Retrieve deleted photos

As above, i have a iphone 6 running on ios 9.1 and I want very much to get back my photos which was unintentionally deleted and can no longer be found in the 'Deleted folder'.

Is it possible to do it with the free/paid software out there? Has anyone done that before?
