I am trying to build a gaming rig with a budget of 1.5K
Exclude Monitor, keybroad, mouse.
Need Win8 Hme Pre
Sorry due to my limitation of knowledge need help from the pro.

Need a good airflow case because hse ventilation not so gd.
Fractal design Arc Midi R2. Gd?

Game that i played will be FPS, Skyrim, WOW,

Firstly I would want to say I am not a pro but I could offer some opinion of mine.

CPU: i5-4670K
Mobo: ASUS Z87-A
Bundle price: $546
Comment: This is an entry level mobo for overclocking paired with a unlock CPU. If you do not wish to overclock you can opt for a lower price bundle. (H87 mobo + i5 4430 ~ 4670)

RAM: PC3 1600 G.SKILL RIPJAWS KIT CL9 (4GBX2)
Price: 91
or you may get any 2x4GB kit at a cheaper price, 1600Mhz/1866Mhz is a sweet spot for a gaming system IMO. (Kingston HyperX, Corsair Vengeance, no point getting something more if you are not going to do intensive video editing etc.)

SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
Price: 213 (Price from Cybermind)
or any other SSD but I recommend this as it is the fastest but at a slightly premium price point for a 128GB SSD.

HDD: Depends on your preference. Personally I would go for WD Black cause of the 5 years warranty but also at a premium price for GB/$.
A Seagate/WD drives would be better IMO.
Budget price: 100-200 depends on storage

Current price: 546 + 91 + 213 + 100~200 = 950~1050

GPU: MSI N650GT TI TWIN FROZR BOOST 2GB
Price: 285
Comment: IMO this is a best performance/$ GPU and the games will have good FPS.

PSU: SEASONIC X560 MODULAR 560W 145
Price: 145

Cooler: Stock if not going for overclocking
or
COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 X
Price: 65
for a slight overclock.

Case: Really depends on your preference which can range from 50-200+
or you may wait for another person's opinion for this >.<

Pricing = 1495 (stated items with a lowest budget for HDD and Case w/o OS)
This pricing could be lower if you opt for a lower end SSD and non overclocking CPU+Mobo)

Sorry as this is my first time helping somebody on their build based on their budget.
P.S.: Am a Nvidia/Intel fanboy >.<, an AMD card and AMD based system will be cheaper at a similar performance.

Actually i do not intend to overclock. I do not video editing too.
Currently i think i need a more powerful GPU e.g 7950 or equal performance.
Case wise i need gd airflow is my current idea of arc midi R2 ok?

You got it right.
Though i read somewhere that AIO water cooling is install and heck care, just regular maintenance of clearing up dust?
Maybe you could go read up, I'm still using fans on my system.

Nothing much to maintain. Just install it and thats pretty much all you need to do.

My 2 cents,
Arc Midi R2, as R4 is closed infront, just me.
7950 is good.
SSD 840 pro i assume is good enough.

Buy and build at Tradepac.

Tradepac offers the cheapest price in SLS. However, their after sales service is very bad. Do take note of their sales tactics such as asking you to upgrade to more expensive components which you don't require. Other alternative can look at Best Buy Computers. Their prices are pretty close to Tradepac and offer decent service as well.

If you don't mind paying more for better service, you can try PC Themes. It is highly recommended in this forum for their good customer service.

I got the Phantom 410 Gunmetal version, does have a front fan filter as well as a bottom filter for the PSU. I don't think the 'standard' (black/red/white) version have front fan filter though. The front filter can be removed from what I know, but I still can't figure out how..got some kind of weird latch thing i can't take out.
Airflow wise..I never used the FD case before so can't comment. But the NZXT one have a removable HDD cage which allows your upper front 120mm fan to have a direct route to the GPU.

Edit: Just realised that the Arc R2 also have a removable HDD cage. Both of the cases have a similar layout IMO..but no side fan for the R2 though.

For the arc midi R2 it is quite easy to remove the fliter.

I usually use a vacuum on the front grill, good enough for me Googled around abit, found this: NZXT Phantom 410 Case Review | Overclockers scroll down and you will see it's removable (BUT WTF! My front panel got some kind of latch on the grill, but the website shows only screws)

Also..from my experience, I sometimes find the rubber power button hard to press, too tiny IMO and I find it to be too resistant. After like 1 year +, the rubber coating like faded away leaving some kind of gluey stuff. I'm aware there are products out there to remove it, but I now prefer plastic buttons.
Otherwise it's a great case.
